Coordinate measurements, liaise with production, and coordinate the delivery and installation of doors and windows.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and analyzing measurements.
Adding materials as needed (aluminum, caulking, curved moldings, etc.).
Verifying and approving requests for extras; if necessary, refer to the inspector.
Ensure you have the installation date and that the production deadline indicated on the measurement request is met by the installer.
Coordinate and follow up on any problematic cases during the measurement process.
Liaison between salesperson/installer and inspector
Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;
Plan priorities with deadlines
Adjust measurements and sales price in the order, verify discounts
Monitor and ensure production finalizes products for the installation date
DESIRED PROFILE
Minimum 2 years of experience in window installation planning (an asset)
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
Knowledge
MS Office
Functional English
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Analytical skills and ability to find the best solution
Initiative and rigor in respecting quality standards and processes
