💼 Your role in the team

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate production purchasing needs

• Manage supplier returns and/or credits

• Search for new suppliers and products, then negotiate advantageous agreements

• Meet with suppliers, evaluate their offers, bids, quotes, and proposals, then follow up with the production manager

• Develop purchasing policies and ensure budgetary control for the department

• Advise and follow up with salespeople regarding new products and hardware

• Evaluate new products and add them to the catalog if necessary

• Coordinate and supervise department resources and activities to meet production schedules

• Ensure the availability of materials required for current or future production

💡 Your ideal profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in the cabinet or manufacturing sector

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google

• Excellent organizational and priority management skills

• Leadership, resourcefulness, and a sense of responsibility

• Dynamism, team spirit, and a focus on continuous improvement

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
