💼 Your role in the team

Plan, organize, control, and evaluate production purchasing needs
-
Manage supplier returns and/or credits
-
Search for new suppliers and products, then negotiate advantageous agreements
-
Meet with suppliers, evaluate their offers, bids, quotes, and proposals, then follow up with the production manager
-
Develop purchasing policies and ensure budgetary control for the department
-
Advise and follow up with salespeople regarding new products and hardware
-
Evaluate new products and add them to the catalog if necessary
-
Coordinate and supervise department resources and activities to meet production schedules
-
Ensure the availability of materials required for current or future production
💡 Your ideal profile
-
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in the cabinet or manufacturing sector
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google
-
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
-
Leadership, resourcefulness, and a sense of responsibility
-
Dynamism, team spirit, and a focus on continuous improvement
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
